That's pretty sweet!
He does look a little like the Final Fantasy Gilgamesh, but I think there are bound to be some similarities no matter what, so I wouldn't worry about it.
Plus, yeah. It is hard to keep Gilgamesh out of mind when you know you are drawing Gilgamesh.
