Ice Lions live in subarctic areas. They dig under the snow and use the huge mound of ice on their back as a sort of camouflage to ambush prey, sorta like a trap door spider.

You know it reminds me a little of that Cloverfield monster fanart [link] and the cofusion that cause when the guy said "I saw it, it's ALIVE" and people tho "I saw it, is A LION" just a Tho.
